MontrealContractor.com is a project-request and contractor-routing service. It does not perform contracting work, guarantee contractor availability, guarantee the quality or legality of any contractor, or provide a quote for construction work.

Homeowners are responsible for reviewing contractors, agreements, permits, insurance, licensing where applicable, pricing and project suitability before hiring anyone. Contractors independently decide whether to respond to a request.

Submitting a request is free for homeowners. The service may share a request with up to five suitable contractors only where the homeowner has given the required consent.
